VideoFizz ("we", "us", "Company") is a service that allows you to create collaborative group videos ("Fizz" or "Fizzes") to celebrate any occasion or market your business. It is both fast and easy to create a lasting and memorable video using VideoFizz. This Privacy Policy ("policy") is to inform you of the information that we may collect about you, how it may be used or shared, and your ability to access and update the information shared with us. We will never share content that you create without your express written consent.

Information You Choose to Give Us

When you use our service, we collect the information that you choose to share with us. When you choose to use VideoFizz, you might provide some basic information about yourself in order to establish an account, including your email address or phone number. These items are the minimally-required information in order to create an account. Additionally, you may provide payment information like a credit or debit card number, and under some circumstances, you may provide your mailing address to us. If you contact our Support Desk, we will collect any information that you provide at that time.

Information You Choose to Share with Third Parties

Our service may allow you to log in with social network sites or ID providers such as Facebook or Apple. Those are optional and not required. We do not share any personal information we collected with those third parties when you log in. They only receive the information you provided to them in order to log in. You can disable the connection with social network sites and our app. We receive information from connected social network sites; you can limit the amount of information shared.

Information Collected from Third Parties

If you choose to log in with a third-party ID provider such as Facebook or Apple, the information used to authenticate you will be shared with the provider you select. Those third-party providers will give you options to limit the amount of information you share with us.

Information Automatically Collected

To provide the features of services, we collect some basic information that may be automatically shared with us.

• Analytics. We use analytics services to understand how individuals use our services.
• Cookies and Log Information. Like most online services and mobile applications, we may use cookies and other technologies, and unique device identifiers, to collect information about your activity, browser, and device. We collect log file information when you use our services. That information includes, among other things, IP addresses, browser type, internet service provider (ISP), access times, pages viewed, and operating system. We use this information to enhance the content of the app, for market research purposes, and to communicate information to visitors.
• Device Information.
  • We collect device-specific information, such as the hardware model and operating system version.
  • We also collect device information that will help us diagnose and troubleshoot problems in the event you experience any crash or other problem while using our service.

Information We Optionally Collect

Depending on the features you choose to use, we may collect the following. These items are only collected when you choose to.

• Camera, Microphone, Videos, and Photos: We provide the collection of videos and images and other information from your device's camera, videos, and photos. We will only access your device's camera, video, or photos if you give us permission to do so.
• Content Information: We collect and store project information in your account. Content that you share or create within our app is stored in our system.
• Personal Information:
• Contact Info: Some videos are designed to display your name, phone number, and contact info you choose. That information you provide is collected for the use of making that video.
• Email / Phone: If you choose to use your email or phone for your account sign-in, we will collect that for the use of account recovery and sign-in only. We will not send marketing information to that email or phone unless you selected the option to receive marketing messages.

How to request data deletion

How We Use Your Information

We promise to keep the information that you provide to us safe. Below is how your personal information may be used.

• To provide customer support (your name, your email address, your phone number);
• to communicate service reminders, promotions, and other information about features that we may offer if you requested marketing info;
• to link or combine anonymous user data with anonymous information from third parties, to help understand your needs and provide you with better service as well as to develop and improve marketing and advertising;
• to create and identify you as a user in our system; and
• to create advertisements and publish testimonials, with the consent of the featured user.

Your personal information may be processed and stored in the United States and other countries. Anonymous and/or aggregated data records from your personal information may be created by excluding any information that makes the data personally identifiable to you. We use this anonymous data to enhance the content of our Services and improve the App. We reserve the right to use anonymous data for any purpose and disclose anonymous data to third parties in our sole discretion.

How We Share Your Information

We may share information about you in the following ways with other VideoFizz users. The following information may be shared with other VideoFizz users:

• public information, such as your name, when an individual receives an invitation to participate in a VideoFizz; and
• content you submit within the app will be shared with other individuals who participate in any VideoFizz that you knowingly participate in by accepting an invitation, and potentially the public via social network sites.

Information You Choose to Share with Third Parties

Our service may allow you to log in with social network sites. You can limit the amount of information shared with these social network sites. You can also disable the connection with social network sites and our app. We receive information from connected social network sites; you can limit the amount of information shared.
